About Automatic Renewal?

Your purchasing account will be charged 24 hours before it expires. Once the payment is successful, the subscription period will automatically extend by one subscription cycle.

I've changed my mind, can I apply for a refund?

You have a 7 day cooling-off period, which means you can get a full refund based on the duration/remaining credits of the package used if you change your mind within 7 days. We do not provide refunds if you change your mind after 7 days.
